CTC Lollipop Company is the only Clear Toy Candy manufacturer left in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Many years ago there were other companies who also produced the clear toy candy lollipops, but they only sold traditional, or barley, lollipops. These companies have since went out of business, and only we remain. Because quality is our utmost concern, each lollipop is poured, wiped, bagged, sealed and packaged with the greatest possible care. We offer many shapes and flavors because we know that clear toy candy, like the rest of the world, is changing, and people now want different flavors and colors in their candies.

The people who make it possible:

Andrew Duncan: The man with a plan. Andy initially took the lollipop idea to the next step by selling the product to wholesale accounts. Some call him AJ, some call him Andy and the pinball players know him on the scoreboard as "WIZ." Technically you can call him the president and CEO, but most prefer Andy.

Helen Duncan: Helen is also the co-owner of CTC Lollipop Company, and she specializes in the manufacturing of the clear toy candies. The heart and soul of the individual packing process, Helen is the greatest quality control overseer known in this world. Shes the one looking out for sharp edges, broken pieces and torn bags. You can thank her for the safety of your mouth.
